the Texas 13th Court of Appeals last Friday. There was only one sentence
that caught my eye. Kevin Grillo states on page 10, "Although the Court notes that
Appellant is pro se, she was represented by counsel, and it is obvious that an
attorney has prepared the documents she filed with the Court". I don't
know whether to be flattered or offended! Mr. Grillo, I can assure you
that every document filed with the Court is my own work with a little help from
Mr. Google. Never ever underestimate a pro se plaintiff!
